Discover how our process can work for you.

For larger projects we enact a very simple consultation process to determine exactly what aligns with your needs and desires and then bring that vision to life.

Step 1: Consultation

  • Site evaluations and measurements take place, along with “before” photos of the project itself.
  • We learn about who you are. Then, we can create a custom vision that connects with your personality.
  • The person you meet is the person that will handle your project hands-on until final completion.

Step 2: Proposal

We will present a final proposal. This can include:

Our presentation will illustrate how the custom design fits for you, both aesthetically and functionally.

Step 3: Construction

  • Your personal consultant will be on-site to touch base periodically and remain available throughout the process.
  • Upon completion, a final walkthrough will be conducted to ensure satisfaction.
  • We also provide guidance on future maintenance requirements.

Excellent. From initial consultation and design with Joe all the way through to working with Sam and Joe and the crew during installation, this was an excellent experience. Calanni Landscaping takes pride in their work and the attention to detail in our patio is testimony to that. The landscaping around our patio was done with mature trees and plants – and everything is thriving even in the extreme heat and dry weather we’ve had this summer. Communication is very important to me, and Joe and Sam were both excellent throughout the entire process. We made some last minute design changes and they were very accommodating to understand the changes we wanted and make recommendations on how to handle them within our budget. I would highly recommend Calanni Landscaping to anybody looking to do brand new landscaping, redesign, hardscapes, etc.
